Well that was quite some finish!

Gearóid M takes the rally win this weekend with 2483 points and jumps 4 position to finish the 2026 championship in 7th position. David Báez González was the best rookie with 2339 points - the 9th best of the weekend.

Huge congratulations to our new Fantasy WRC Champion of 2026 Neil Shanks. A Fantasy WRC debutant this year but takes the outright win in the last event of the year! Congratulations (and commiserations too) to another debutant Jani H who couldn't quite hang on to the victory and finishes second by just 42 points. Henri Toivonen finishes third and collects the last of the virtual silverware for the year.

The geographical battle this year is won by Team SPAIN - the second win in 7 years. Team FINLAND take the runners up spot and Team UK add a bronze to their medal haul.

Unsurprisingly the incredibly successful RallyCast league wins top honours in the Personal League battle. The fifth consecutive year that they have taken top honours. Førermøte finishes second and Pé Á Chapa Racing take the final podium spot.

Well - that's it for the year. I hope you enjoyed playing along.

It's all change next year but I'm sure they'll be an opportunity to continue with Fantasy WRC. Let's see how things pan out.
