Legends League

Those that like to track their progress in the legends league standings should know that a maximum of 10 seasons scores will be used to calculate your overall legends score. We are about to embark on our 11th season since these standings were introduced.

So what does that mean for our ever present players? Well, your score will be made up of your 10 best seasons. So if you've played all of the 10 qualifying years already you will not add any further points to your legends tally until you outscore your worst season to date.

Why only 10 seasons? Well - the legends standings were always intended to highlight the best players here at Fantasy WRC - not just those that have been here the longest. This gives latecomers, over time, a fighting chance to compete in the overall legends standings. And challenge those already up there to hold on to their position!

Rally Saudi Arabia - results are in

The results are in for Rally Saudi Arabia.

It's a rally win for Leigh B. Leigh posted a score of 2591 and jumps to a season high of 11th in the championship standings.

Pablo Guerra went into this final rally with a 483 point lead. Despite the best efforts of Paul H in second place Pablo held on to win the competition by just 110 points. Congratulations Pablo - you are the 2025 Fantasy WRC Champion!!!

Paul H takes the runners up spot and claims the silver medal and Sion Edwards returns to the podium after a late rally and claims bronze. Congratulations to you all.

The personal league battle has been a formality for some time - congratulations to Jorge Fotoracing's RallyCast league. That's 4 in a row! Bravo.

In contrasting news for the Spanish players, having led the country standings for most of the year, Team #Spain faltered at the last and surrendered the lead to Team #United Kingdom - just 21 points in it! Team #Ireland finish the year in third 326 points off the winning score.

That's it for another year. Thanks for playing!

I will, of course, be returning for next seasons championship so pop back in a few weeks time and I'm sure the competition will be open ready for your entries again!

FORUM8 Rally Japan - results are in

The scores and league tables have been updated with the results of FORUM8 Rally Japan.

It's a second rally win of the year for Paul Mackinnon. Paul was also victorious in Rally Finland and his score of 2535 was enough to improve 5 positions and jump back up to 6th position overall.

Pablo Guerra still leads the championship standings with an increased margin of 483 points and just 1 rally remaining. Paul H maintains 2nd and David Gonzalez moves back to third position 808 points off the lead pace.

In the country battle team Spain currently top the standings with a 69 point lead over Team United Kingdom. Spain have led the standings after every rally except Kenya and are looking to match UK and Finlands 2 wins each. Will they hold on to top spot?

The personal league battle is a mere formality for Jorge Fotoracing's RallyCast league. RallyCast have had a stanglehold on this competition since 2022 so it's a battle for minor honours between Terje Flåten's Førermøte, Martin Meijome's Pé Á Chapa Racing and Tocolomoxo M's SoloRally.

The final rally of the season is Rally Saudi Arabia which gets underway in a little over 2 weeks time. You can now make your driver changes for one last push in 2025.
